I wish we could have stayed longer. House was clean, warm and inviting with plenty of space for everyone. The area has amazing day trip options, local shops, restaurants and stunning views of the mountains and sunsets. So happy we picked Tim’s place.

This rental could not be more perfect. It is the fourth time family members or I have rented this house in the past four years. The rental is great and Tim is a wonderful host. Had a great stay with 3 generations and lots of exploring the white mountains. House was clean and plenty of room for everyone. Nice to come back and play ping pong or enjoy the fire pit at the end of the day! We even used the waffle maker one morning before heading out. Jackson is close by and was perfect as a safe place for an early morning run and public parking for an afternoon down at the river. Tim was an extremely good communicator and made sure every thing was just right, would stay here again!

My family and I had a great time staying here! Tim was responsive and his guide was very thorough which made check in and out a breeze. We had 2 kids ages 2 and 3 with us and there was many activities and toys available in the home for them to play with. We also really appreciated that gates were available to block the stairways for the kids. The place was very clean and stocked with cooking essentials. We enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor deck area. The home was a perfect place to relax after long days at Storyland and Santa’s village. We will definitely be back!

This place is exactly as expected and super close to Storyland. Tim was a great host and very responsive. He was extremely helpful when we had to change our dates and helped us find another rental that fit all of our needs. We would absolutely stay in this house again and would love to rent from Tim in the future!

The home was spacious, tidy and clean for our winter weekend and allowed us a warm and comfy space to relax and recharge while exploring the area. The gas fireplace is super cozy as is the large couch. Tim made the whole process start to finish super easy and he was great to work with. I also appreciated the small extras you don’t always find. We would love to visit during the summer!

It’s a beautiful house, accurate to the pictures. We made big family meals both nights and got by with what was available in the kitchen for dishes, pots and pans. The ping pong table was a lot of fun. They had baby items which I thought was sweet for the newest grand baby. The bedrooms are on a lower level so those who were up earlier were able to move about without disturbing those sleeping later. I’d definitely rent it again to take the family skiing.

The chalet is spacious, clean and beautiful decorated with ski theme. It’s a perfect base for a memorable White Mountain adventure. Tim is very responsive and I can’t ask for a better host. Thank you, Tim for sharing your place with us.

We had a wonderful stay at Tim’s house! The location was great; less than 1 mile from Storyland and in close proximity to the town with lots of restaurants and cute shops. We had four kids with us and they had a blast. The house was very kid friendly with a game room and lots of baby items like a highchair, baby gates, and a pack n play! Tim helped to recommend restaurants in the area and also accommodated our late checkout request. We will definitely be back!

We had the best weekend at Tim’s place in Bartlett! We spent the weekend with our kids and friends of ours and their kids and there was so much to do for them at the house. We also went to Storyland for a day as well. The house was spotless, spacious and very functional! Tim thought of everything it is clear. We had a great stay! The house is super conveniently located for Story Land. It’s about a 20-minute drive to bustling North Conway during peak summer season and about 7-minutes to serene Jackson. We had such a great week at Tim's place! The house itself was sparkling clean, so comfortable and spacious even for a large family, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need! It was also exactly as listed- no surprises- and we really appreciate that! The location was perfect, too, as we got to enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of a quiet mountain neighborhood, while still being within minutes from all the fantastic restaurants, shopping, and activities in the surrounding area. We loved all the fun board games and ping-pong table, swimming in the pool down the street, evening walks in the neighborhood, and cozying up for dessert and movie nights on the huge sofa with all the fluffy blankets! We also loved all the wildlife- we were thrilled to see deer and even a little black bear! Finally, Tim was just fabulous- so friendly, super quick to respond to any questions, and he made everything from check-in to check-out a total breeze! We can't recommend his house enough!

We had a great stay! Great spot for a family vacation that is minutes away from North Conway center, Storyland, and a ton of outdoor activities. The little ones loved the ping pong table, and all the board games available!

Our stay at Tim’s house was absolutely perfect. The house is well stocked with everything you would need. The location is fabulous for taking the kids to storyland and Santa’s village. My daughter had a softball tournament up in North Conway. We found Tim’s house and thought it would be perfect for my family of 4 and mother and father in law and my daughter’s friend( So 7 total) The location was great and put us about 20 mins to the fields. There was tons of space and everyone enjoyed the ping pong table for the here and there down time we had! I took my youngest to the pool for a hour that we were able to use at the country club about 4 mins down the street. There was a ton of room for everyone and the best were so comfortable!! Tim reached out to see how it was going and everytime I reached out leading up to our way he was responsive. If we are here again next year for the same tournament we are absolutely grabbing his place and we will be telling our friends who are looking for a hour in that area!

What a great spot! The house was in perfect condition and very close to our planned adventure to Story Land. The kids loved sleeping in the bunk beds. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. Myself and a group of friends just stayed here for my combined bachelor/bachelorette trip! The house is very clean and has tons of sleeping space and things to do even if you’re just staying at the home! (ping pong, making a fire outside, watching movies, playing games) Tim was an awesome host and gave us a bunch of his personal recommendations for fun dinner and what to do. He answered very quickly and stayed on top of us asking how well we’re liking it etc. I would 100% recommend staying here to a family, friend group or just a happy couple looking to explore!

We were 5 adults and 2 children under 5. Tim’s place had plenty of space for everyone to relax and have fun. The game room with ping pong table and toys/games for all ages was a hit. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for our short stay. And we saw a deer walk through the yard and a bear just down the road.

The house was even better than we expected. It’s spacious with a cozy feel, very clean and amazing location. My kids and my parents loved it. We’ll be back again next time we plan a trip to the area!

this place was fantastic, rarely do. I sleep well at an Airbnb but we had five total guests and everyone slept like babies. All the beds were very comfortable, very close to Mount Washington would visit again!

My bookclub and I loved staying at Tim’s house for a long weekend of reading and relaxing. He thought of everything from a fully stocked kitchen to cook in to a cozy blanket at the foot of every bed. We loved spreading out on the oversized leather couch listening to the rain fall through an open slider. We spent our days watching movies and reading and night cooking then playing a few of the provided games. Tim did such a nice job communicating everything before, during and after our trip. We all said we’d happily return with our families, especially being minutes from Storyland and downtown North Conway!

This house is perfect for a family . It’s in a great location and with the open floor plan it feels even more spacious . Tim was very efficient and responded to all the questions and problems I had in a very prompt manner .

Tim was a gracious host. Unfortunately, we arrived at Tim's home to find it was without power (do to unforeseen circumstances). We would have stuck it out but having an infant in our group and not knowing when power would return, we had to make a plan B-which was a hotel 40 minutes away requiring a two night minimum on weekends (or drive 2.5 hours home). We took the expensive hotel choice requiring 3 rooms. Learning that the power returned , our family decided to return to Tim's home for one night (without credit at the hotel) so that we could celebrate a planned surprise birthday together. Tim's home is welcoming and has an awesome layout for gathering together. It's very clean with everything one needs for supplies. We enjoyed the selection of games and ping pong table. Our only regrets are that we couldn't control "Mother Nature," and the "Time Change" that gave us even less time there! A plan was made with Tim to return and we are excited to do so, hopefully soon.

Tim’s house is absolutely wonderful! The layout of the house is perfect especially with multiple families traveling together. The house is big, clean, has all the essentials and Tim has small little thoughtful extras around the house (like charging station on every nightstand and even a stepping stool for the kids to use in the bathroom!). Our stay at Tim's house was all we can ask for and more. The location was within 20 to 40 minutes to hiking locations and Mt. Washington is about 45 minutes away. Local restaurants are close by and the small downtown area is also about 20 minutes away. The home itself was very clean, and everything that was as described. We felt at home right away, and the house had everything you need. The bedrooms and kitchen were clean, and most important, the bathrooms were very clean. Tim was very responsive, and answered all of our questions right away. This is the type of home that makes you want to bring your friends and just relax. If you want a peaceful vacation in New Hampshire, this is the house for you. We will definitely book this house the next time we visit New Hampshire.

The perfect location to visit Storyland which we planned out entire trip around with 3 small kids. Super helpful having a pack n play, highchair, baby gates and kids games at the house to keep little ones occupied. Plenty of space and Tim was a great host. would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location and the fact they had a guestbook to let you know things to do in the area and local places to eat. Perfect spot if you are traveling with a family! Great location to North Conway and two minutes from Storyland! A lot of great restaurants and take out near by. Tim was also an excellent communicator and nice to work with!

Waterfall repelling at Ripley Falls brought us to the area. Loved the property and the location is perfect. The house and amenities are exactly as shown. The spacious living and dining areas were great for our family. Tim was easy to work with and went out of his way to make us feel welcome and shared information to help us to enjoy the home and surrounding area. This was my first VRBO rental and it was a great experience. There is so much to do in the area, we can’t wait to visit again.

Tim was incredibly responsive pre, during and even post-stay. The house itself is perfect for families with young kiddos. We have twin 4 year olds and a 2 year old and fit all 3 on bottom bunks in bunk bedroom. The master suite is steps away making it easy to have “mom ears” on to ensure kiddos were sleeping well. There are toys/games for all ages in the playroom (there are stairs to get to that space so families with young kiddos can put up a divider to protect kiddos from going up stairs. What stood out to me were the amenities such as VERY quiet dishwasher - in an open concept layout sometimes all you can hear is the dishwasher vs TV but you won’t hear a thing from the dishwasher, washer/dryer is new/like new and they had laundry detergent options available to guests, and lastly the master shower with the rain-shower head was a nice touch after a long hot day at Storyland! The check-out process was typical - clear off bedsheets and used towels and throw in laundry & empty trash

Tim place was amazing! The open kitchen /living room was great for cooking and still able to visit with our family. Tim was a very responsive host making sure everything was good and when we had a problem with the gas fireplace he was right on it he had it fix with in a few hours. Our stay at Tim's place was amazing! The house was beautifully furnished, the bathrooms and kitchen were modern, well-kept, and fully stocked with necessities (and more), and there were two shelves of board games and a ping pong table that we had so much fun playing with throughout our stay! Overall, the house was extremely clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to have a comfortable and fun weekend. Lots of hiking spots in the area, and the ski slopes are only a 13 min drive away! Tim himself was a great host - accessible, responsive, and happy to answer any questions we had. We stayed here for family ski trip with 4 adults and 5 children. It was a VERY comfortable place that fit us with room to spare. We spent most of the time in the great room amongst the many large windows, high ceilings, and gas fireplace. The location was fantastic, about 8 minutes to Attitash and 20 to Wildcat. And so very clean. Highly recommend and would like to return.

Tim has a great spot right near some great ski resorts around North Conway. The house is great and has space and supplies to game, chill, play, eat, and cook. 8 can sleep in beds and a few more on couches.

I cannot recommend staying here highly enough. Tim is a phenomenal host and is very communicative. The house was easy to find, clean, and looked just like the pictures. There is a ton to do close by. The next time I am up in the White Mountains I will definitely be booking here again.

This home was great for a quick North Conway getaway. We stayed here with 2 families including 6 children (2 under 2). Tim was responsive to any minor issues that arose and was hospitable for whatever we needed. One bed was a bit firm for our particular liking, but in rental properties I suppose you have to setup sleeping for a variety of expectations. The only other minor downside (specific for our situation) was the home is on multi levels and we had 2 toddlers, so at times was a little difficult to navigate but overall this did not impact our stay. Would recommend Tim as a host anytime

Tim's house is in a great location near Conway and the Kancamagus Highway. My family stayed there to hike around during the fall color changes. House is beautiful and everything is spotless and new. All the amenities are provided, and Tim had great communication with us the whole time. Highly recommend and would love to return!

What a great week! We lucked out with the weather -beautiful week! We also lucked out with our choice of places to live for the week -Tim was a wonderful host, communicating and providing information along the way, making sure we were happy while we were there, checking in to see if there was anything else we needed during our stay.... would absolutely consider staying in his home again. Great location, very clean, home was stocked well with items we needed, definitely felt like 'home' for the week.... and had quite a few laughs playing table tennis ;-)

Tim’s place was a wonderful retreat from our hectic lives. The place was very clean and comfortable. Beds were wonderful. The house had everything we needed, from laundry soap to coffee pods for the Keurig. Such nice touches. We would love to come back sometime.

This place was so spacious and clean. I loved the layout with all the bedrooms on the lower floor and the living space and game room on the main floor. The TV was easy to use, wifi connected with no problem, beds were super comfortable, plenty of kitchen utensils and pans, lots of k-cups already provided, and so much more. This place is great for families with plenty of open space to relax. It's probably my favorite, and I look forward to returning again in the near future. Thank you, Tim!! You were an excellent host.

Tim's place was exactly as depicted. Good location for as we were there to hike. During our stay it was unseasonably hot but the AC kept the house cool. We also cooked in a couple of times and the kitchen was well supplied.

Overall, we were impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the home. This was the perfect place for our stay and visit to Mount Washington. It had easy access to delicious restaurants (El Reparo and White Mountain Cider Co.). And provided perfect coverage for a night out by the firepit. The hosts really have thought of all of the amenities and we would be happy to stay again to explore more of the area.

We had a great time here. The house was very clean and it had everything we needed. The game room was great for the kids on rainy days. Tim was very helpful and responsive to messages. I would definitely stay here again.

Tim was amazing! He was very responsive and accommodating. The house was beautiful. He made the stay very welcoming and comfortable. We came for a weekend away bachelorette trip and had an amazing time!

My family and I had a great weekend stay! The house was super spacious and plenty of little activities to keep the kids occupied. The house was very clean and stocked with toiletries. It’s in a great location and only 2 minutes to story land! 10/10 recommend this house. We will def be back! :)

Tim provided an excellent stay as a host. The location in the white mountains near north Conway nh was excellent. Tim provided an excellent guide book with local recommendations and guides for shopping and areas to see. The house was stocked with everything we needed, and all the appliances were excellent. The house was very clean, very spacious, and a joy to stay at. We all very much enjoyed being guests at Tim's place, and hope we have the opportunity to return and stay again in the future!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Tim’s house. Everything was just as described (or better). The amenities were all very thoughtful (including s’more ingredients!), phone chargers everywhere, great supply of toys and games for the kids, and all the kitchen amenities that we would ever need. Tim himself was extremely responsive and helpful. He answered all of my questions within minutes and I could tell he was willing to go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. This was our favorite AirBNB in New Hampshire and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you Tim for a wonderful time!
