Schedule and Prepare
We coordinate the turnover, confirm timing, review the reservation, and make sure the cleaning team knows what the property needs.
We quarterback every turnover—from scheduling and supplies to cleaner photos, issue reporting, quality standards, and deep-clean planning—so every guest walks into a home prepared for a five-star stay.
Cleaning is not simply a reset between reservations. It protects reviews, revenue, the next stay, the owner's investment, and the Coquí Stays brand.
Our cleaning teams are crucial partners in delivering the experience we promise. They are the last people to see the property before every arrival and our eyes and ears inside every part of the home.
We want a guest arriving six months from now to have the same experience as someone arriving the day after a deep clean.
We coordinate the turnover, confirm timing, review the reservation, and make sure the cleaning team knows what the property needs.
We monitor supply needs, order what is required, and help ensure the home is stocked for the arriving guest.
Cleaners submit photos, notes, invoices, and issue details so we have a clear record of property condition and readiness.
We review patterns, address recurring concerns, schedule deep cleans when needed, and continuously refine expectations.
The guest should never see the complexity behind a turnover. Our job is to coordinate the moving parts so the property is clean, stocked, documented, and ready on time.
Checkout timing and turnover needs are confirmed.
The right team is assigned with the correct timing.
Inventory and guest-ready essentials are assessed.
The home is reset, inspected, and prepared.
Clean completion and property condition are documented.
Maintenance or supply concerns are routed and addressed.
A five-star clean includes more than kitchens and bathrooms. The full home needs to feel complete, intentional, and ready for the stay.
“If you love New Hampshire, this wont disappoint you. The location is incredible—centrally located near tons of hiking trails, several basins, mountains surrounding you and only an hour from Conway. It was perfect for exploring everything the area had to offer. The house itself was absolutely beautiful, with amazing views surrounding the property. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. If you’re planning a large family gathering or group trip, this is the place to stay. There are plenty of beds, a game room / bar in the basement, with a huge living room and kitchen. Tim was also awesome to work with. He called before we arrived to make sure we had garage door access and provided some helpful tips for our stay. He even checked in during the trip to make sure everything was going well and that we didn’t need anything. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations. Beautiful property, incredible location, spotless, and a fantastic host. Highly recommended you stay here.”
Guests do not separate cleaning from hospitality. Cleanliness is one of the clearest signals that the home is cared for and that their stay matters.
Cleaning teams work inside drawers, under furniture, in utility spaces, and in the corners guests notice most. Their observations help us catch small issues before they become guest complaints or larger repairs.
Most individual issues are minor. Over time, however, they can change how a guest feels about the entire property.
Dust and cobwebs are easy to miss during a rushed turnover but highly visible to guests.
Debris, missed trash, or broken glass behind furniture can quickly damage trust.
These details shape the immediate impression of whether the property is truly ready.
We use low-demand periods to inspect, reset, and prepare properties before the busy season. From there, the goal is to stay ahead of the home's needs during every turnover.
Small items are handled during the clean when practical.
Extra work can be documented and billed transparently when needed.
Teams flag properties that need a larger seasonal reset.
The property should feel freshly prepared throughout the year.
Cleanliness supports the listing promise. When the property looks and feels as expected, guests are more likely to trust the host, relax, and leave a stronger review.
“We had a wonderful stay! The unit was in a great location, close to shops and restaurants, and it was extremely clean. I especially loved the coastal décor and colors—it was bright, comfortable, and inviting. Tim was very responsive and easy to communicate with, and everything about the unit was exactly as described. I also really appreciated the thoughtful extras, like having coffee available and everyday necessities such as salt, pepper, spices, paper towels, and other basics already there. Having a washer and dryer on-site was another big plus. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!”
