We had a great stay! The place was comfortable and very clean, a perfect weekend getaway. Tim was responsive, personable, and provided clear instructions along with local recommendations. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided. Definitely recommend for families!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive and replied instantly. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made it so easy to cook for our family and accommodate our picky kids. After a long day of outdoor activities, the kids absolutely loved winding down at the wonderful clubhouse, especially enjoying the indoor pools and the puzzles.

Tim’s place was very comfortable. The decks outside the room were nice for morning coffee. There were many amenities available and the kitchen was well stocked. The location is excellent. Echo lake, Mount Cranmore and North Conway are easily accessible.

The condo provides a great flow for multiple guests. The mini splits/ AC cooled the place well. The kids loved the balcony off the loft area! And I was able to enjoy some quiet time on my balcony off the master bedroom. The kitchen was equipped, the bathrooms had products for use (if you didn’t bring any), and laundry is available. The atmosphere is very welcoming when you enter the space. It was a great stay!

Easy, enjoyable stay near North Conway and other local restaurants and a grocery store.

Great property! The home itself was super clean and everything we needed was there for us, it was perfect! The clubhouse was also clean and easy to access we had fun playing pool most nights. We were able to borrow whiffle balls to play outside as well it was really great. They also have a pond you can catch and release, cornhole boards set up and volleyball nets (you can borrow all you need at the clubhouse) - due to the heatwave we didn’t do these things but wanted to. The hosts were so easy to communicate with. Kept us updated on what we needed to know to get in and always responded with any questions and even offered a restaurant suggestion when we were out looking. The book in the house was very helpful with everything you need to know. There is definitely some updating that can be done throughout but the clean home and amazing hosts more than make up for that as clean is more important to me. Thank you for a great time! We will definitely be back.

The Airbnb was super comfortable and clean and a great location close to Storyland.

We enjoyed the stay. The kids loved the loft and bunk beds. Everything was as stated in the listing. The staff at the Seasons was kind and helpful. The pool and game room were also a hit with everyone. We would stay with MWV Property Management again and will be checking out their other properties.

We had an amazing time in New Hampshire this week. The house was perfect for our group of 8, and we had everything we needed: a fully equipped kitchen, coffee, towels, and board games. We really enjoyed using the clubhouse, which gave us access to the pool, jacuzzi, and playroom. The house is conveniently located near Story Land (which was our main reason for visiting), and there are beautiful hikes and waterfalls nearby. We also enjoyed the brewery and the winery. There’s so much to do! We are really hoping to come back in the fall to see the beautiful New Hampshire fall.

we had a great stay in this unit! the space itself was just as described and the hosts had a bunch of helpful extras for our group like a pack n play and high chair. the rooms & beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. one note for families with young kids - the loft area basically has a banister and is not blocked off (it would be easy for a kid to go between the rails or climb over) so young kids require monitoring up there. they have a baby gate to use downstairs though so that kids can't get up there alone. the clubhouse with heated pool (they have towels there) and playground were about a 5 min walk, even for my 2 year old, and we really enjoyed those amenities!

We had a fabulous stay! There were 3 adults and 5 kids ages 7-14. Plenty of space so we didn’t feel crowded and the clubhouse with its amenities was perfect for the kids. Great location with plenty around. Our host was one of the best we’ve had. Proactive and quick to respond.

We had the loveliest stay at this cozy Airbnb in Bartlett, NH. The home was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for our family getaway. The space felt warm and inviting from the moment we walked in — beautifully decorated, well-stocked, and thoughtfully set up for families. The location was ideal, close to great hiking, dining, and all the attractions in the White Mountains, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. We especially loved the little touches throughout the home that made everything feel extra welcoming. Our family had such a great time here and made memories we’ll always cherish. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, cozy retreat in Bartlett.

Tim's place was great for our family get together. It was close enough to all our activities, restaurants and use of the clubhouse was a bonus. Tim was very clear and communicative before, during, and after our stay.

The condo was great. It had every amenity needed including things that we didn’t know that we needed. The baby gate was especially appreciated. We didn’t end up using the pool but the kids did enjoy the arcade games in the club house. The host stayed in communication before and throughout the trip to ensure that everything was well. The entire stay was great. We would definitely book again.

We loved the experience and location! The place was splendid and Tim was an amazing host. We greatly enjoyed our time and would love to return.

Tim the host was very friendly and communicative. He was available to make sure everything went smoothly. The unit is very nice and everything worked. The unit was fully supplied with linens, pots and pans, etc. We were sight-seeing for a few days so did not spend time at the club house or take advantage of all the amenities as we would on a longer stay. We were happy with the location as the White Mountains National Forest and downtown North Conway are both close and easy to get to. Would definitely stay there again if we travel back to the area.

Tim’s place was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 and our friends family of 4. The kids had their own space up in the loft area with beds tv and couch and their very own balcony that they loved. The adults each had their own room with comfy beds and a nice big balcony accessible from the living room and master bedroom was perfect having my morning coffee on each morning looking at the beautiful foliage. They had a community pool and hot tub and arcade that was walkable from his place. Was close to all the hiking trails and our favorite dinner spot Tuckermans, and to the main town area where Zebs and all the local shops are. Also close to story land and our favorite breakfast spot Yeaterdays in Jackson. We definitely will book with Tim again. Thank you Tim for opening up your beautiful place to us.

Tim was great at communicating anytime we needed some help. He is going above and beyond by mailing my daughter's favorite sweatshirt that she accidentally left at the house.

This was a perfect spot for a few nights. Tim accommodated us with a very last minute booking. The area is beautiful and close proximity to AT trailheads where we were meeting our son for a break from his thru hike.

We had a small hiccup at check-in, but Tim was just a phone call away and resolved it immediately! The location is excellent if you're planning to visit StoryLand; restaurants and shops are just a short drive away. A nice bonus to the stay is access to the clubhouse amenities, which was a great way to unwind after a day out. The house is a great option for groups, with two full bathrooms and plenty of seating areas for everyone to spread out. A heads-up: the second downstairs bedroom doesn’t have its own AC unit, but keeping the door open and using the provided box fan kept it at a comfortable temperature for us.

I recently rented this space to celebrate my bachelorette party, and I cannot recommend it enough! It’s cozy and quaint and fits just the right amount of people. Having a full kitchen is amazing as well, we were able to cook ourselves yummy breakfast without having to spend an arm and a leg on delivery. Everyone loved the views and the pool/hottub as well. I’d love to go back!

My family and I had a fantastic stay in the white mountains! We loved that the location was easy to find and very close to so many great places like story land, North Conway etc. We are already talking about planning another trip! Thanks to Tim for being a great host!

We had a great short stay with our two little ones. The place was clean and well kept. They even put out a high chair for my daughter and provided a pack n play which was a very thoughtful touch. Tim was great with communication and we had a lovely visit and plan to stay again next time we are in the area.

The night we arrived there was a power outage in a lot of the valley. We were concerned that there would be no power when we got there. (it came on just as we arrived.) Tim was very responsive when I contacted him. After that, he was always checking on us. He seems very friendly. The condo is a standard ski type place. The two bedrooms downstairs are tucked off to the side away from living room noise. One is en suite. Upstairs is a roomy loft with bunkbeds and queen bed. Surprisingly cozy up there and with a balcony. Good price for the number of beds. Clubhouse has indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Game room. Nice amenity to be included.

One of the best experiences I have had on air bnb was with Tim he went above and beyond to make-sure our stay was nothing short than amazing communicated everything with me ahead of time and during the stay. The house was great. Very homey. The beds were very comfortable. Full functioning and stocked kitchen. Very clean. Pool, hot tub, sauna and arcade were alot of fun. We will definitely be booking again soon.

Great location and all around great stay. The house well well equipped with everything and anything we needed. 4 adults, 5 kids and toddler fit well and it didn’t feel crowded.

I’ve been renting from the Seasons I’ve been renting condos at the seasons for over 15 years… Tim’s condo was one of the best we have stayed at. It was well stocked, very clean and exceeded my expectations. Tim was very responsive to me using multiple forms of communication whenever I had a question. I would absolutely rent this unit again in the future!

This was a beautiful apartment. It was a little tight for 7 adults and 2 kids, but was still comfortable! Tim went out of his way and used multiple forms of communication to make sure we saw his messages and had everything we needed! The staff at the front desk couldn’t have been more friendly. The arcade and indoor pool area was nice to have on the rainy days! Definitely a place that we will return to!

We had an amazing time at Tim’s place. There were plenty of thoughtful touches like phone charges next to each side of the bed(s) and sound machines/baby gates for people traveling with kids. 10 minutes from everything and removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown North Conway. Would stay again!

Having 2 young kids, the condo was a perfect place to relax at the end of the day, with plenty of room for the kids to play without being on top of each other. The location at the Seasons is great, only a short drive to many sites while being peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle.

We had an amazing stay at Tim's place! Tim was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate our late check-in around 11pm, even though the clubhouse was closed at that time. He made sure to leave messages checking in on us to ensure we arrived safely and that everything was in order. The place itself was peaceful, and the beds were so comfortable—it truly felt like home. We will definitely be returning! Highly recommend.

Tim was very responsive! We enjoyed our stay. This home has plenty of room for large families. There was a highchair and a pack and play. The location is close to storyland and all the great restaurants. Lots of great recommendations on the board when you first walk into the house. Theres so much to do. There is also a nice pool, hot tub, sauna gym and game room included with this listing. Tim was very responsive when we first arrived. We had to book at the last second because of an issue with our original airbnb and Tim was very helpful in getting us settled.

We had a great stay. Right around the corner from Storyland. we had six kids ranging from 13 to 6 years old and the loft bedroom was perfect for all of them. The condo was clean and private. It was a great location.

Beau logement propre et bien équipé, Nous étions un groupe de 9 personnes ( 4 adultes et 5 adolescents) et nous avions suffisamment d’espace et n’avons manqué de rien. L’accès au club house est un gros plus pour tous le groupe (spa, table de ping pong, table de billard).

Cozy ski cabin, perfect location, just right for our two families. We had a great time. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Very clean and uncluttered. Tim was great to communicate with. We also loved the club house with a really nice heated indoor pool, huge hot tub, ping pong tables, pool tables, etc. Kids had a blast. Definitely recommend!

The beds were very comfy, it was nice to have phone chargers in all the living spaces, the bathrooms were clean and had all the accommodations needed. The living space was very comfortable and warming.  The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare anything for a group. We would definitely consider renting in the future.

This was the perfect property for our winter get away. The house for 8 of us comfortably with room for at least 1 more. The home was perfectly stocked and the table had plenty of seating for us to eat together. Cranmore was just a 12 min ride away and attitash mountain was a quick mile down the road. We were able to enjoy so much of the area. The lodge was welcoming and provided the kids with plenty to do. Bring goggles as the water is pretty heavily chlorinated in the pool. Overall this was amazing and we will be back.

We had a great time at Tim's place. It was well stocked with everything you would need for your stay. The kitchen had every gadget. It had coffee, tea, sugar, plastic wrap, foil wrap, parchment paper and baggies of all sizes. There was plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. There were 2 charging cords in every bedroom. Connecting to the wi-fi was easy and we were able to log in to use the TV with out a problem. The beds and pillows were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets. The location was very convenient, we were only a short drive to everything we wanted to do. We went snowmobiling with Northern Extremes and tubing at Cranmore. We ate at Ledge Brewing Company, Delaney's Hole in the Wall and Sea Dog Brewing Co, all had great food. We shopped at Zeb's General Store, they have lots of candy and other fun gifts. I would highly recommend Tim's place, will definitely go back again.
