Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, Storyland

My family and me really enjoyed staying here. The amenities were great for my toddler, and the location was close to so many activities for both my toddler as well as me and my husband! She enjoyed story-land, the pool, and the arcade. My husband and me enjoyed several nature walks and restaurant recommendations from Tim! We used to stay further south for an annual trip, but will certainly be back to this area again thanks to Tim’s wonderful recommendations and accommodations!

We had a wonderful stay -- everything was just as described and pictured. The recreation center was a hit and the location was perfect. Highly recommend.

Overall satisfaction!

We stayed for 5 nights as a family of 5 with young kids and it was perfect. Very close to Story Land and not too far from Santa's Villiage. The house was perfect for us and our kids loved the bunk beds. It was really nice to have a highchair and pack n play readily accessible. Everything was very clean and as described - we had everything we needed. Thanks for hosting us!

We spent 5 nights at Tim's place and had a fantastic time. The house is laid out perfectly for a family with a beautiful primary bedroom and a super fun loft for the kids. It is convenient to lots of fun activities-we explored North Conway, Mt Washington, and did some swimming in a nearby river. Tim's guest book helped us find great restaurants and we also enjoyed the club house especially the game room on the one rainy day we had. Thanks for a great vacation!

I felt the Airbnb was exactly as described. Tim was helpful when needed and allowed us to check in a little (we didn’t end up meeting to check in, but it was nice that he was able to give me that option). Everything was clean all the amenities were as listed. I was happy overall with everything and would go back again with my family.

More than spacious for my family of 4 and 2 friends for our kids. Tim thought of everything from stocking extra linens, toiletries, soaps, board games, first aid kit, cleaning supplies, towels, spices, fully loaded kitchen, etc. I could go on and on about how well-prepared the host is for guests. We got in so much hiking with the 4 boys, husband and myself. Settled down every night at the pool and jacuzzi in the clubhouse. Every time I had a question, he responded very promptly. Super quiet area with lots to do. For the amenities, price and location, there's no way you can find a better spot. We'll definitely be back again if we come back to the area. Thanks so much!

I can’t say enough about the host. My kids accidentally locked the keys in the unit late at night and Tim was incredibly responsive and got someone to get door open in 15 min!! I can’t say enough good things here!

Excellent stay that felt like a home away from home! Close drive to many local attractions. Beautiful property with fun amenities like indoor pool and amazing hot tub, ping pong, play ground, outdoor grills and picnic tables and more! Great for a multi-generational family vacation with toddler and grand parents. Tim the host was great and the workers at the club house were very welcoming too.

Tim’s place was perfect for our trip with two teenagers, a 10 year old, my husband and me. We had plenty of room to space out, comfortable beds, clean and cozy.

I lost my mom 2 days before you were set to travel to New Hampshire and stay at Tim's place. When's my mom passed away I obviously called Tim and told him that I would not be going. I knew that I would be losing the money but I just didn't think I could bear going. When I told him what had happened he was very kind and understanding,He said that we would figure something out. He said to let him know when I was ready And we could set something up. He did not have to be so kind. but he truly felt bad for me. Well we ended up going and it made my grieving process easier. Thank you Tim you are a very kinf kind man. And his place is great!!!!

Had an awesome stay in Bartlett, loved the location, close proximity to the skiing! Our kids loved an indoor pool, games and books at the house. Tim was extremely available and checked in after a couple questions.

Tim's place was exactly like what we pictured. Tim was a very responsive host and had clear instructions for checking in and out. The upstairs area was a great place for my kids to have a spot of their own. Would 100% recommend and will be visiting again.

The condo was just what we needed. Comfortable, roomy, and convenient to Attitash and all the amenities in North Conway. We’d definitely go back.

We had a lovely ski weekend in Bartlett - located very close to many ski resorts, cross country, and backcountry ski locations. Tim was incredibly helpful and proactive with communication and information and Peter at the Condo’s front desk was so friendly and made us feel very welcomed. Condo complex was not busy in mid November, we had the entire sauna and hot tub to ourselves Saturday night :-)

One of the comfiest condos we’ve ever stayed in for our girls weekend. Had everything we needed and was very clean. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a nice stay at Tim's Airbnb in Bartlett. The unit was clean, spacious, and well stocked, and it was convenient to Storyland and other attractions in the area. Tim was a very responsive host who addressed any issues that arose very quickly.

We had an amazing stay at Tim’s home. Its location is perfect, just minutes away from many of the top attractions in the White Mountains. Our family of six felt comfortable and had a fantastic time throughout our visit.

It was great proximity to story land. The house was clean. Check-in was easy and staff at the resort was very friendly and helpful. Tim was a great host. He made sure to touch base before, during and after our stay. The check-in instructions and expectations of our stay were clear and reasonable. Tim responded quickly and made sure the answer any questions we had. My family enjoyed this property and what it had to offer. The large comfortable couch and TV options gave the kids a chance to relax after long, fun filled days. We would definitely stay here again!

Tim was an incredible host. He responded immediately to a question I had and was very helpful. The place was exactly as described- super clean and convenient- and we had an amazing time. I definitely recommend to anyone interested!

Would NOT recommend this property. The host is misrepresenting this as a 3 bedroom with AC/heat in every bedroom - this is a 2 bedroom unit, and one of the proper bedrooms has no AC or heat. The other space that the host is counting as a “bedroom” is a loft space open to the main living room space with no privacy. The host has high reviews because he apparently buys off people when they complain by offering a partial refund after the 2 week review period (i.e. so you don’t write a negative review). When we complained about the misrepresentations in the listing, the host offered us 50 percent off not to write a negative review. We declined this offer and lost money so we could write this honest review in accordance with Airbnb policy. This unit is also dated with old appliances in the kitchen, and the pool is very far away from the unit (you have to drive).

We had a great stay. Plenty to do and plenty of room for our family with two small kids and adults along with private areas for both older and younger members. A tv in Master bedroom would be nice but not a big deal as there were two TV’s in the unit. Upstairs and living room. So really not a big deal. We will be back.

Tim was super responsive and helpful with a pretty last minute booking. Check in was easy and the clubhouse and pool were great perks for our young family. The apartment was clean, and equipped with some great board games and books.

had a great stay at Tim's place. plenty of room, accommodations were very comfortable and clean. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the kitchen was stocked with EVERYTHING! rite down to the basic spices, tin foil and saran wrap... u don't get that everywhere! enjoy your stay!
