My family and I had an amazing six-night stay at Tim’s place. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our family vacation. The house was the perfect size for us and every room was clearly well thought out with comfortable beds, chargers, and other amenities. The bathrooms were also very well stocked, which made the stay feel easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived, almost like a hotel. The mountain views were incredible. Waking up to the mountains each morning and watching the sunset each evening was definitely one of our highlights from the trip. And Tim was one of the best, if not the best, hosts we’ve ever had. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was always quick to answer our questions. When we asked if the house had a mixer because we wanted to bake, he actually went out and bought one for us. He also gave several great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. We absolutely loved our stay.

Booked a family trip to Tim’s property from Thursday-Sunday. The house was easy to find & had a spectacular view. The inside of the house was very clean & the lay out was well done for entertaining. The house had everything one could need for a great trip, from cooking utensils to extra towels for the Saco River. My family will definitely be booking this home for next year.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was beautifully remodeled with a gorgeous kitchen and had plenty of space for our group of 6 adults and 3 kids. The mountain views were incredible, and the location was perfect - close to Story Land, downtown North Conway, and everything the area has to offer. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We'd happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great view! Lots of amenities, everything was clearly labeled, and had cute framed instruction cards in helpful spots. Plenty of space for 8 adults (four couples). Would stay again! 🙂

Beautiful, private location. We were very comfortable with 3 kids and 3 adults. The beds are comfortable and towels and linens were very nice and clean. Bathrooms x3 were very clean. Loved the well equipped kitchen. We were there in July, but it looks like it is very well outfitted for a ski vacation as well.

Tim was a great host. Always responded quickly to any questions we had. We loved the location of this house, it is very close to everything. It was perfect for us since we were up with our kids and grandkids to visit Storyland ( 3 minute drive) and celebrate the 4th of July! We also enjoyed sitting by the firepit at night - great views! We would definitely stay here again.

Incredibly beautiful spot. Views of the valley and nearby mountains were stunning. Very close to good restaurants. We had a great time and felt right at home. Tim was very responsive and checked in on us during our stay to make sure we were all set. Beds were super comfy and house was spacious enough where it never felt crowded. The master suite was amazing. Would absolutely rent this spot again.

Absolutely unbelievable stay! The photos don’t do this home justice, everything was spotlessly clean, gorgeous interior, and the views are spectacular from the living room and master bedroom. The small details from the bedside chargers, to the boot dryers, to the organic products like hand soap, dish detergent, and laundry soap are incredibly thoughtful! This is something we pay huge attention in our home to, and it made us feel like we were at home. The beds were very comfortable, and the home was very spacious. We will definitely be back to stay here! One of the best Airbnb’s we have rented to date!

We stayed here for a ski trip with another family and the house was everything we wanted. Very family friendly (kids 6-12), fully stocked kitchen to cook at home, separate space for all the ski gear, and super close to black mountain and others for epic ski days. Check in and out were seamless and Tim was responsive and proactive with communications. We cant wait to come back!

My friends and I went up to ski for the weekend. Great spot we slept 8 people comfortably. Close to everything with great restaurants near by.

This place was amazing, great size, open concept and close access to the mountains. It’s perfect for skiing and snowboarding. Tim the host was great, very responsive and helpful. This is a must stay if you are looking for a house for 8-10 people. Never felt crowded, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. 10 out of 10!

The property is beautifully located with Mountain and valley views , it is private but easy to get to. The place was extremely clean and nicely decorated but not overdone. Tons of amenities, we enjoyed the gas wood stove and the coffee/tea/hot chocolate station. All of the beds and linens were very comfortable. Communication was great and prompt. I highly recommend Tim’s place.

Tim’s house is very beautiful and cozy! It was definitely child friendly as I also had my toddler with us as well. There was a high chair that came in handy & he was able to navigate through the house. The views from the living room were definitely breathtaking! You can see amazing views of the snowy mountains. Tim’s kitchen was also fully equipped with anything & everything we needed! Plenty of pots, pans, muffin tins, cookie trays, and utensils. We used them everyday because we cooked and baked our meals. We also used the dishwasher for our stay as well, which was very helpful. There are two fridges, so plenty of storage if you plan to cook/bring groceries for your stay. Tim was very responsive and checked in often to make sure we were having a good time. All the rooms were very nice and comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. The living room also had lots of blankets and a tv. Loved the Christmas decor as well. We were 10 ppl total & Would love to stay again! Thanks Tim!❤

This Bartlett, NH Airbnb had everything you could imagine and more. Spotless, comfortable, and incredibly well stocked, it was clear the hosts thought of every detail. The location was perfect for enjoying the White Mountains while still being peaceful and relaxing. Communication was easy and everything worked exactly as it should. We loved our stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend!

Tim was a great host. He was very responsive and friendly. House was spotless and very well stocked. Views were amazing. Spacious yet cozy. Would stay again and highly recommend this to other guests. Great to have k cups provided for the Keurig. Easy to find and convenient to everything.

We had a wonderful stay during our Fall Foliage trip! 🍁 The place was clean, cozy, and perfectly set up for a relaxing family getaway. The location was beautiful — surrounded by vibrant autumn colors and close to great scenic spots. The fireplace was a highlight of our evenings — we loved sitting around it, and the kids had a blast making s’mores! The host was very welcoming and responsive, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the magic of fall in a peaceful, family-friendly setting!

The house is certainly beautiful and has anything you may need. Decoration is great and feels cozy. Views are great. We really liked the house and cleanliness. I would have given five starts but having to follow up three times for a late checkout request of just one hour later definitely didn’t feel fair after paying almost $600 a night. I understand housekeepers were already scheduled but if you send me MANY communications about all the rules I have to follow in your house (I understand) it would be nice to also receive responses for our only question about just extending our checkout time by one hour which would have been very helpful. If the late checkout wasn’t an option, we would have still appreciated a response to the only request or question we had during our stay without having to follow up multiple times.

We were so impressed with this house! The location is perfect, and the view was amazing. We had a wonderful vacation, the house was spacious, beautiful, clean and well stocked. We really appreciated the attention to detail, each bedroom and main room had chargers for all our devices. Our host, Tim, was quick to respond and very helpful. We will definitely be returning!

What a beautiful home! It was spotless, spacious, beautifully, and tastefully decorated. Kitchen was generously stocked with all kind of beverages and all other necessities that you would want in a kitchen. We were very comfortable. Tim was very informative, responsive, and courteous. We witnessed beautiful sunrise from the balcony off of beautiful master suite. House was only few minutes from North Conway center. After our daily activities, we were so looking forward to come back to this Mountain View slice of heaven. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay there longer.

10/10 experience. Don’t hesitate to book this gorgeous place over the hotels located nearby. My only complaint is I wish we got to stay longer to enjoy all the amenities! Tim was responsive and amiable. I’ve stayed at my fair share of AirBnbs and this one delivers on all fronts. Will be back!

The stay was extraordinary from top to bottom. The home is immaculate, modern, and beautifully sited looking out over the White Mountains. Just minutes away from the quaint town of Jackson, it’s hard to imagine a better AirBnB for a New England getaway! 11/10 stars!

The panoramic views and sunsets were so gorgeous! So easy to get to town and lots to do plus so many wonderful restaurants to choose from. The house was so spacious with every detail taken care of, no stone unturned and so clean! Absolutely loved it! We'll go back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect White Mountains Getaway! One of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (really nice pans, appliances etc) and the hosts thought of every detail—even providing s’mores supplies for our first night around the fire as the sun set behind the mountains. The location is fantastic—just minutes from Story Land, the aquarium, and North Conway, but still very peaceful and secluded up on the mountain. We loved the hikes to Sabbaday and Arethusa Falls and exploring local shops. Dinner at Delaney’s in North Conway was a highlight! The kids had a blast in the game room and it was nice to have the master secluded away from the other bedrooms. It was our first time in New Hampshire, and we fell in love. Already planning to come back for fall foliage and winter skiing. Highly recommend!

We are so glad we chose this Airbnb just minutes from North Conway center. The views from the upper deck and firepit area are second to none and so private and peaceful. Plenty of room to gather inside or retreat to one of the many private bedrooms with all new furnishings. The owners thought of everything right down to a game room and phone chargers for all types. They made it so comfortable and enjoyable we highly recommend this as a vacation destination. Cannot wait to come back !

This home was ideal for our family! Thoughtfully equipped with baby gates, ahight chair, and kids' dinnerware- it made travelling with littles a breeze. We loved playing cornhole and football and the firepit! The location was super convenient! The view is absolutely bstunning- truly unforgettable. The property has everything that you need with an amazing personal touch from the host! Highly recommend for a fun, relaxing and falimy- friendly experience! This will be for sure our go to place in the mountains!
