Ocean Edge Cape House with Beach, Pool, and AC

Great location, beautiful home, very accommodating!

Our week in Brewster was wonderful. The house was beautiful are very well situated in Ocean Edge. The pool, beach and pickleball courts were very nice. There was a lot to do in the immediate area. Tim was amazing to deal with. He answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. He had fantastic customer service. We will definitely rent this house again.

Tim is a great host. He provided clear communications and checked in frequently to ensure we were enjoying our stay. The location is great - easy walk to the beach, easy access Ocean Edge lawn and restaurants, and attractive landscaping around the property. The beach is very nice and great for kids. The actual property and condo association amenities (residents pool & tennis courts) are worn and in need of renovation. The unit would also benefit from some investment, including a deep clean for dust and new linens / towels. Some thoughtful updates for guest comfort would make the entire experience better align with the price of the stay.

Really enjoyed our stay at Tim's place at Ocean Edge. We have 3 young kids so proximity to the kid friendly beach, pool access, the front lawn of the resort, etc. was great for the kids. Accommodations were rock solid - 3 bedrooms - 2 full with bathroom and 1 loft/kids type bedroom plus outside porch for meals and hanging out. Good living space for hanging and playing We enjoyed it and will be back!

Excellent property and wonderful host! Very comfortable stay with extended family including 2 toddlers, and had great amenities for the kids (beach wagon and toys were special hits). Perfect location to beach and pool

Great location! We had beautiful weather for our stay. Very clear instructions were provided. We had some issues with the ac and Tim responded quickly.

Tim's place is very nice and our stay was great with no issues. The condo is in the Ocean Edge resort mansion side which is beautiful. It was extremely clean and in great shape. Tim's responsiveness was excellent. 5 stars

Tim had everything needed for a fun beach weekend. Will definitely be back. Villa was just as described. 5 minute walk to beach. Restaurants were great! Had fun on the front lawn with little ones being able to run around.

Our stay was fantastic, the house was exactly as described and in the loveliest setting! Perfect for popping over to the ocean edge lawn on the weekend for yard games and walking to the beach! Our family really enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back!

Perfect location to explore the Cape. Close to seashore and good distance from all towns. Big plus, coffee, paper towels, sheets and other essentials were already in place.

We had a wonderful time at Tim’s place. The location is ideal with nearby access to the beach, bike trails and the resort amenities next door. We spent a lot of time at the private beach which was only a short walk from the condo, and much quieter and less populated than the resort beach next door. The owners pool was great, very quiet and private. The condo location was convenient with golf, playgrounds, museums and local restaurants within a short distance. Something for everyone. Tim was a great host, very responsive and accommodating.

Tim was a great host! Very communicative and clear. The location was exactly what we wanted. Private and quiet. A quick walk to the private beach that we shared with maybe 5 other people all week. We had a beach cart that was easy to take down the ramp to the beach. We also used the private pool a few times and each time we were the only ones there. The townhouse itself was clean, comfortable, good linens and beds. Kitchen was fully stocked with whatever we needed to make meals! Easy to get to restaurants and attractions and an easy home base for excursions to P-Town and the Islands.

Property was an excellent home base to explore Cape Cod. We loved being able to walk to the beach and utilize the beach supplies of the unit. Unit worked well for our family. The third bedroom worked for our toddler but the slanted ceiling made moving around room difficult. Being adjacent to Oceans Edge was a plus as it was nice to walk to restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay after going to wedding on the cape. Location is excellent. You can walker to beach and other ocean edge amenities.

We had a great time at Tim’s place! We loved the short walk to the private beach and walked there every day. We ate at the Mansion once, which was very nice - but we loved the roadside stops nearby just as well. It was rainy while we visited so we didn’t use the Rail Trail but also appreciated that Nickerson State Park was close by. Awesome location and comfortable stay! Tim was communicative and helpful throughout. Highly recommend!

The location was perfect and the home was clean and well stocked. 10 minute drive to Nauset Beach which is a beautiful beautiful beach to hang out at. Tim was friendly and helpful.

Tim is the BEST host! He responds very quickly and provides helpful information. The house is amazing! Fully stocked: There was not one thing we thought of that we didn’t open a cabinet, drawer or closet - and there it was! Spotlessly clean and just a beautiful relaxing space. We will definitely book with Tim again!

This rental was quiet, clean and had everything we needed to cook in, play games and relax. The outdoor decks were a great space to enjoy the sounds of nature. Tim was quick to respond to every question and/or concern. An overall great space for families!

We had a great time at this place. It's located in a small sub-division next to Ocean's Edge Resort in Brewster MA. It's a couple of blocks from the beach, and a short walk / drive to local restaurants. We did car trips to nearby Cape Cod towns. It was the week before Memorial Day so crowds were down, but it was also unseasonably cold. The host was super helpful, communicative. One weird thing was VRBO itself had some kind of problem where, after I booked it, it didn't have the information about my booking. So I had to coordinate directly with the host, which worked out fine, but definitely a glitch in the system somewhere....

Tim was a great host and everything went very smoothly with his help. His house was great to stay in.

The stay at Tim’s condo was great! Leading up to our visit Tim was extremely responsive and flexible with some last minute requests. I highly recommend!

Tim is highly responsive and very friendly. The house is situated perfectly in Ocean Edge, literally next to the mansion, but you feel like you have so much privacy. Our favorite features of the house were the master room deck overlooking a pond and willow trees, the location, and the amount of room. Overall this was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

The house was clean, in good condition, warm and inviting and completely met our needs for staying there with our daughter, her husband, and 8 year old child. There were plenty of clean linens and towels, and our granddaughter enjoyed the desk in her room where she could do art projects. We the relatively short walk to the beach and pool and the neighborhood was quiet and pretty. The pool was well maintained and we practically had it to ourselves. The beach was much quieter than the Ocean Edge beach next to it. There was easy access to the rail trail after we crossed Route 6 and lots of choices of places to buy food and eat. Tim was always responsive to our questions and very pleasant. We would wholeheartedly recommend the house to others.

Tim is a brilliant host - kind, highly responsive, interested and engaged. His home is beautiful and brilliantly located. We have been coming for many summers, and plan to continue to do so for many summers forward. Thank you, Tim!

Tim was an amazing host. He was super responsive and offered up several recommendations for things to do and places to go. The location was also great and it was convenient to get around different neighborhoods in the Cape. The townhome was very clean and we loved the open floor plan on the first floor. There were also bonus amenities provided that were a nice surprise, and while we didn't need them, I liked that there were a lot of baby/small children items provided for families who might need them (pack n play, child gates, etc). We also basically had the pool tonourselves every time we went which was great. The 3rd bedroom upstairs was small and did not have a/c - this was tough for us with younger kiddos as the weather was pretty sticky while we were there and we had to leave the door open for air flow. Would definitely recommend and we plan to revisit!

We had a wonderful stay at Tim's. Responsive, friendly and helpful host! We had everything we needed in a clean, calm accommodating space. The grounds surrounding the home, made everything more special; truly an old-fashioned resort feel ! I would highly recommend. This was our 20th vacation on Cape Cod. All the best kid and adult summer vacation needs are within a few miles. Bay beaches for the kids, "big wave" beaches for the adventurers, a different and fabulous ice cream shop -for every day of the week! Go Karts, Bumper boats, kayaks, bicycles, art galleries and antique/thrift shops. Thanks for a great week!

Pur 10th annual summer visit to the Cape- but first at this home. We had a great stay here. Tim was always responsive to the questions we had. The home was clean and in excellent condition. Everything we needed for our stay was availble . Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Highlight was easy walking access to the uncrowded beach and warm waters of the Bay. Even shorter walk to ocean edge mansion great lawn with a variety of lawn games and social space. Great biking on the nearby CCRT. Wide selection of nearby restaurants and shopping- as well as a full service grocery and fresh seafood stores . Wellfleet Drive- in movie and Brewster whitecaps summer league baseball games are a family favorite. We look forward to a another stay at this home- and thank Tim for his hospitality.

The place was clean, 2 mins walk to the beach. A lot of other beaches within 5-10 mins of drivable distance. We loved the place, great amenities, had a great park close by so the kids loved running around. Tim was very communicative and a phone call/message away each time. Would love to come back

Tim’s place was just as listed and met all of our expectations and then some. The location is ideal for small children as close to the ocean where low tide is perfect for them to play on the beach and splash around in. It was quiet, clean, and had all the amenities and more, such as games, beach wagon, beach towels, chairs and toys. On Sunday, we went to the beach first thing and then walked to town for mass followed by an outstanding breakfast at a small restaurant. The Nature museum is a must- fantastic for all ages. The Front Lawn at Ocean Edge is great - tons of space for kids to run and all kinds of games for teens and adults to play . It also has a lot of seating if you wanted to just relax. I highly recommend Tim’s place and will definitely return in the future. We had a few questions, and he was fast to respond and offered awesome suggestions on places to go and things to do.

This is a perfect spot with breathtaking views and a quick walk to the beach. We went in December and loved the peace and quiet while still enjoying long walks on the rail trail. TIm's place is super cozy and spacious. We hope to be back

A wonderful stay in Brewster! The lovely home was comfortable, modern, & clean. We are a family of 5, 2 adults with 3 school aged children, and were very comfortable in the home. Everyone had enough space to be comfortable. The outdoor space/yard was great for the kids. We all enjoyed walking down to the beach. It was quiet and relaxing, our perfect cup of tea! Tim is a great host and very responsive. We would recommend's Tim's home to anyone.

This is a perfect beach and biking vacation condo - spacious, clean, and in great condition. 3 min. walk to the beach, 5 min from Cape Cod rail trail..The owner Tim responded to all inquiries within minutes - couldn’t expect any better overall experience!

Tim's place was clean and bright and comfortable, with plenty of room and everything you needed. The community was well-kept too. Tim himself is a responsive host - any question we had was promptly answered. Location is great, easy to get to so much of the Cape. We only got away for 3 nights but certainly would have stayed longer if we could! Thank you to Tim and his family for their hospitality!

The location is fantastic, an easy walk to Ocean Edge restaurants, pool, beach, tennis etc. The unit had plenty of space for our family of 5. We had a wonderful time at Tim's house. He was very responsive with any questions we had. The location was beautiful, just a short walk to the beach, very quiet and peaceful with only cars from the other homes in the complex. We had a relaxed stroll through the area each evening and watched the sun go down.

Tim is a brilliant host - highly responsive, thoughtful, generous. Tim is motivated to ensure your stay is perfect. Tim's home is beautiful - spotless, spacious and spectacular. We have been staying at Tim's home for the past several summers and always love our stay.

Tim was a great host - he was responsive (even to a late in the evening message), proactive, and helpful. He gave us fantastic recommendations for the area and we enjoyed our time very much. The location is IDEAL. We spent the days at the pool and evenings at the beach watching the sunset while our kids found crabs and made sand castles. Both the beach and the pool were a very short walk (3-5min) and games and dinner on the front lawn of the resort are a must. The Brewster theater, mini golf, cape cod baseball, excellent bakeries and ice cream are all a few minute drive. The Museum of Natural History is a don’t miss. Coffee maker is a Keurig and if you forgot pods (like we did!) you can grab a coffee to go on the front lawn of the resort. We will definitely be back!

Tim's property in Brewster was perfect for our family getaway. The size of the home was perfect for our group, and the walking access to the private beach was incredible! Tim also had a beach umbrella and wagon delivered to the house which made our beach time even more enjoyable. Some of the beach chairs were broken, but it worked out. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean, with linens and beach towels provided. Beds and pillows were a little worn but we slept ok. Access to ocean edge was nice for some meals at the hotel, and there are a lot of great restaurants and ice cream shops close by! Overall Highly recommend Tim's place. If you need anything, he was very responsive and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at Tim's place! It looked exactly like the pictures and was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to stretch out. Although not in the listing, there were even some beach chairs, coolers, and an umbrella available, making for a very easy vacation. Another unexpected bonus was how amazingly quiet the surroundings were, even though there were plenty of neighbors around. I would not hesitate to book this house again in the future

Tim was very welcoming and friendly. He was concerned that we had everything we needed and communication was prompt with all of my questions. The house was very comfortable and well appointed. a we loved the walking access to the beach and the pool. It was relaxing and convenient be able to use the restaurants on the property. We plan on staying again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The house is even nicer than the pictures- comfortable and airy, set on beautifully landscaped grounds- and the resort has many great amenities in addition to the private beach. It is a fantastic place to stay for little kids and all ages. Tim was an extremely kind and responsive host. We hope to be back soon!

This was our first time to Massachusetts and we decided to stay in the Cape Cod are for a few days, and chose Brewster as it was in between Boston and the Cape. Time for the get go was extremely friendly and helpful and provided perfect instructions for our arrival. We felt immediately at home and really enjoyed our stay! We would highly recommend this property!

Centrally located in Brewster , easy to get all areas of the Cape. We were visiting Friends and Family the live from Mashpee to Eastham and had them all over for a dinner using the outdoor grill and all the kitchen for a great time. The easy to use Fireplace in the Livingroom was nice. The units location as pictured has beautiful views and so nice to wake up to. Being located in the Ocean View Manson grounds give easy access to the beach and Nickerson park. Very impressed . In fact, we added an extra day during our stay. This was our 1st trip to the Cape and we hope to return and stay here again. Thanks Tim.

Great place by the main hotel mansion. Clean and nice. As well as a very responsive host.

This place was great and exactly what I was looking for. Everything I needed in a kitchen was available and there was enough space for everyone. Easy check in and check out and the app lock made coming and going easy for everyone. The location perfect...walking distance to Ocean Edge restaurants and bars, the beach and very close to amenities in town yet it felt very private. I will keep this one in my favorites!

Great location an easy walk to the beach,in a quiet neighbourhood. Bring your bikes as there is a cool bike trail around the cape. Plenty of cafes walking distance away.

Our family had a great time. Very comfortable for two adult and two smaller kids. Kitchen had everything we needed and we even grilled one night. 5 min walk to ocean edge beach and 10 min drive to some of the best tidal pools around. We had a lovely stay!
