Everything was as described. We had a great stay!

My family, including 4 adults and 2 children really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, private and had plenty of space.

We had a great time staying at Tim’s property! It was well kept and maintained, easy to get to, perfect for a getaway with our kids and family friends! Highly recommend not only the beautiful property but also a great host! The tri level home was spacious and inviting, plenty of room for my whole family and I. Everything was tastefully designed and extremely clean. The host was very responsive and very friendly. I would stay here again and again!

Thanks for a fantastic stay! Our group was staying the weekend to hike Mt. Washington and the house was perfectly situated (less than a 10 min drive from the trailhead). We loved the house and especially appreciated how responsive and helpful Tim was before, during, and after our stay. Would highly recommend.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The Airbnb was beautiful, incredibly welcoming, spacious, and modern. It was spotless and had everything our family needed to feel right at home. The host Tim was exceptional very accommodating, responded almost immediately to every question, and provided detailed information that made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The home was also very family-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had an amazing time making memories for the 4th of July together and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Good location near both the ski resort and Mt Washington. We went in the summer but we can definitely see this as a place to book for the winter season. Tons of Amenities and Tim was responsive!

The location of the townhome was perfect for skiing Bretton Woods. It was an easy 5 minute drive to the slopes. The firewood provided was a life saver, as we totally enjoyed a fire every day! My only suggestion would be a pool table (etc.) in the downstairs living area. It would give guests a little something extra to do for those stay-at-home days. Overall, the unit was great...would not hesitate to rent again. Tim (host) was the best by far...friendly, helpful, and quick to respond.

We had a great time skiing with easy access to bretton woods just a 3 minute drive. The house accommodated our 2 families with 5 young children well. The basement floor with two bedrooms and hangout zone was perfect for the kids which allowed some quiet time for the adults to hang out. We also found the beds very comfortable and the bathrooms had nice updated showers.

This was the best short term rental we’ve ever stayed in. The owners are super attentive. The place had the small amenities that you usually don’t find in a short term rental. The hosts are truly professional.

Perfect ski condo! The neighborhood is right across the street from Bretton Woods. The condo was clean, modern, and had every amenity that we could’ve wanted. My kids didn’t want to leave. Tim was a wonderful host, supplying detailed instructions and local suggestions - he always responded right away. My family would stay here again in a heartbeat (and asked to come back even before leaving the driveway). Thanks again!

We had a great stay at Tim’s; the house was spacious and had all the amenities needed for a weekend stay. Tim was very responsive and accommodating with an early check in for our toddlers nap! We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Favorite Airbnb I have ever stayed in! The location is perfect, lots of hiking and activities close by. Incredibly peaceful, very spacious and plenty of room for our group of 8. Would highly recommend and we were already talking about planning another trip back!

Beautiful place, plenty of space for everyone!

The place was perfect for our family— mother/father in law in one of the upstairs bedrooms with en suite bath, brother/sister in law in the other upstairs bedroom with ensuite bath and we were in the two basement bedrooms with our three young kids. Awesome that each family/couple had their own bathroom, that we had extra space in the basement, and that everyone was spread out enough to feel like we weren’t on top of each other. We were only there two nights, but great as a jumping off point for the weekend. One thing to note is that it is a middle unit, ie there are units on either side, and the upstairs bedrooms share a wall with the other units. So, depending on who is staying at the other places, you could have noise. All was fine and peaceful during our stay, but something to be aware of if you are sensitive to noise that you may get unlucky with loud neighbors.

we had a great stay at tims place. great location between woodstock and storyline. about 30 minutes to both. which is what we had planned for the trip. ended up taking the cog up to the top of mount Washington which was also super fun and only about 15 minutes away. the place was super clean and had plenty of space for our 2 families. had 4 adults and 5 children. never felt like we were stepping over each other. 3 full bathrooms and a 1/2 was perfect for the amount of people we had. it was super clean and in a quiet area. it was exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely be going back
