Conway Lake Summer A-Frame w/AC

Such a great house!!! So nice to be somewhere truly kid friendly! Not only plenty of space with toys but also had baby gaits and a pack and play. Somehow perfectly balanced if you dont have kids in your group adults would still be happy there! A great set up for a big group of ppl any ages. We can’t wait to go back!

Very relaxing. Conveniently located near everything but still far enough away that it’s private and peaceful. My family and I enjoyed ourselves.

This was our first Airbnb stay, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The host made everything so easy by clearly communicating expectations and making check-in simple. He also checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well and was helpful with recommendations for things to do in the area. The home was perfect for our family of 6, with plenty of entertainment for the days we decided to stay in. Now that we’re more familiar with the area, we’d love to plan more activities for our next visit and would definitely stay at this property again. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it!

Great house, great area. Tim kept me updated through the process. The pool table is what originally caught my eye for this listing and it is in rough shape lol, not the end of the world because we didn’t spend much time inside. Nice sitting area out back, plan to stay again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect for a family getaway. Close to stores, restaurants and children’s activities. Beach within walking distance. Host was quick to respond and friendly. Beautiful spacious place. Clean and cute decor. Plenty of things for the kids, they loved the swings outside. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was awesome! The house was great we had an amazing vacation with our family. The house is very big so if you’re looking for something for a big family this is the place!

A great place to stay. Glad I found this place. Very responsive and quick to respond. The place look better than pictures. Very clean. and many things for my kids to do inside with games air hockey and pool and a movie theater.

This A Frame home was very nice to stay in. we had some issues with stuff not being clean but Tim was very responsive it would just be nice if he did a walk through before guest check in to make sure cleaners are doing their jobs. other then that the place was super Cozy and had lots of room for a bigger group. loved that it was kid friendly

Our family enjoyed our stay very much at Tim’s place! As it was our first time in the Northeast, we were not sure what to expect but Tim exceeded expectations. Not to mention, our family found a new fondness for “Pepsi Man” as well!

We had such a wonderful stay at this cozy A-frame! The house was perfect for our family : clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. One of the highlights was how family-friendly it was; there were plenty of games and toys that kept the kids entertained, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The location was peaceful, and everything we needed was provided. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing getaway!

We had a nice time visiting NH & were grateful for a convenient place to stay. The host was communicative & getting in and out was easy. We booked this property based on it's family friendly description (toys, outdoor playset). We were frustrated to be unable to use the outdoor play area b/c the property was not maintained at all. Outdoor furniture was in poor condition and the stairs/deck were falling apart. The inside was updated but maintenance issues persisted. Indoor toys were all very damaged & mostly unusable. The floors were visibly clean but still dirty w/ our baby having dirty knees after an hour crawling. There should be better cleaning supplies for those with a longer stay such as a vacuum & bucket for mop to be able to clean the floors. There is no washer/dryer, dishwasher or bathtub; all important with kids, but manageable. The bedroom layout is not convenient. All rooms connect w/ two fully open to the downstairs (no door). Unsafe for kids and generally not private.

Beautiful surrounding, nice spacious house pool table was heavily used, air table didn’t work well. Otherwise house was as expected. Tim was very responsive, lake was a 10 min walk loved the stay!!

Our family really enjoyed our time spent here. It was central to the kinds of things we were looking to do. Although there are neighboring homes it didn’t feel that way. Tim was a great host!

This home is much bigger than it looks! It held the 5 of us and the dog perfectly for a long weekend. Everything we did was under 15min away. Shopping, hiking, tubing...all right there. If you have anyone in your family who struggles with stairs, you may want to consider putting then on one of the two very comfortable couches downstairs. And unfortunately there is no laundry available, but otherwise I highly recommend!

Tim's place was exactly what we were looking for with our 4 boys and friends 2 kids! Kids ranged from 14yrs old to 3yrs old and everyone was occupied and busy! The location is absolutely perfect its the perfect bit secluded but within 10mins drive to Westons beach, Davis Park, Saco River Tubing and all the local coffee shops and stores downtown! We ended up extending our trip 2 more nights and we would definitely return to Tim's place again!

Fantastic location, close to North Conway and Conway beach. Plenty of space for a family of 4 plus dogs, with very nice kitchen space. Pool table was a big hit. Outdoor space could use some upkeep but private yard is nice to have. A-frame design makes climate control a challenge in the summer, but the AC works very well. Great spot for a vacation!

Very fun and simple home perfect for pets and families with younger kids. Excellent communication from the moment you book up until your check out day. Highly recommend the stay

We found the place very cozy. Liked how the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen were marked so you knew where things were. Beds were so comfy. Very child friendly as we had our 3 year old grandson. Short drive to downtown North Conway. Very pleasant stay and would come again. Thank you, Kathi

We had a great stay! Tim was very communicative and provided clear instructions, which made everything smooth. The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family and friends. The kids especially loved the air hockey table—it was a big highlight! A few things to note for future guests: the outdoor area wasn’t as well maintained as shown in the photos, so unfortunately we didn’t end up using it which was disappointing. There’s also no washer and dryer, which we may have missed in the listing. If you’re planning to use the projector, be sure to bring your own laptop and HDMI cable—it’s a fun feature, but we didn’t realize it required both of those items. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay and a fun home base for our trip. Thanks again for hosting us!

Great stay, lots of board games and there’s a pool table. Clean house and everything was working. True to the pictures. Host communicated everything really well. Would definitely book again.

My family had a blast stying here! They especially loved the karaoke & pool table! Home was cozy, spotless and beds were so comfortable! It had everything we needed! We walked to the river and lake down the street to do some fishing. Outlets were only minutes away. We will ABSOLUTELY will be back !!! Thank you !!!

Spent a week during spring break with the family. Had a great time. Close to all of the attractions in Conway and surrounding areas. House was a good size and great price. Fenced in yard for our dog. Toys and games for the kids as well as outdoor activities too.

We had a great stay at Tim’s cabin! We loved the first floor where we could all hang out together. It was the perfect location only being ten minutes from down town North Conway. As a small problem arised, Tim was very responsive and helped immediately. Loved our trip here!

It was the perfect retreat to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The setup was top-notch, and we spent hours enjoying movie marathons in total comfort. The home itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living spaces were spacious and inviting. Great stay! My family and I went to King Pine and Attitash to Ski. This home is perfectly located within minutes of great restaurants, ski resorts, and shopping outlets. We felt right at home with the cozy rental, when we returned from skiing there was plenty for the kids to do within the home. Tim (host) truly has thought of everything to make this stay perfect! We can’t wait until our next stay here in Conway.

This was an adorable A frame house. The fenced in backyard was great for our two small dogs. Beds and couches were comfortable. And the indoor projector screen was a bonus! A quick 10 min drive to downtown North Conway. Tim was a great host. Very responsive and flexible with a 1 hour early check in. We would stay here again.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay at this beautiful A-frame chalet in Center Conway! From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by how charming and cozy the property felt. Nestled among the trees and a short walk from Conway Lake, the location was perfect, private and peaceful, yet close to shopping, dining, and all North Conway offers. The house was fantastic for our family. The open concept living area with high ceilings and natural light was inviting, and the modern kitchen made the meal prep a breeze. The big dining table was perfect for meals and family game nights. Our kids loved the “secret” spiral staircase—it was their favorite! The outdoor playground, air hockey table, toys, and board games were great entertainment, and the movie room was a hit, too. The bedrooms were comfortable, and everything felt clean and fresh. We also loved the outdoors and peaceful surroundings. This chalet had everything for a perfect getaway. We can’t wait to return and make more memories!
